Kevin Vicha – CEO

Kevin has over three decades of experience in the global aerospace and power generation industries and is based at Bromford's facility in Orange, Connecticut. He joined Bromford from GKN Aerospace Engine Systems, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and oversaw the company's $1.5 billion annual business portfolio encompassing eleven manufacturing sites and 3,500 employees. Prior to GKN, he worked in senior positions at United Technologies Corporation, served as President of GE and Pratt & Whitney's joint company Engine Alliance, LLC, and also held responsibility for multi-site manufacturing businesses, Airframers and global Aftermarket Repair Sales. He began his career in power generation in the United States and Europe before transitioning to aerospace with Pratt & Whitney based at Airbus in Toulouse, France. Kevin received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and an MBA from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.

Jarrod Christie-Smith – COO

Jarrod has led a number of manufacturing organisations internationally over the last 30 years in the aerospace, automotive and power generation industries, through all business cycles, including award-winning operational turnarounds and business transformations. Jarrod has extensive international leadership experience in Europe, the United States, North Africa and South East Asia. Prior to joining Bromford he held a number of senior roles in both OEM and supply chain organisations, these include Manufacturing Director at Peugeot-Citroen Automobiles, General Manager at Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC), Director of Operations for Rolls-Royce and Vice President and General Manager of Operations for Arconic Forgings and Metals Processing in Europe. He is a BA Honours graduate and received a Masters in Business Administration from Warwick Business School (UK), as well as completing senior leadership and director development programs at Fontainebleau’s INSEAD Business School (France) and SAID Business School, Oxford University (UK).

Tony Gurascio – CFO

Tony has over 35 years’ experience as a Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded and private equity international companies that have shown continuous revenue and profit improvement from start-up operations to $500 million firms. Tony’s experience encompasses manufacturing operations, software development, and financial services and has partnered with several private equity firms such as Warburg Pincus and General Atlantic to improve operations and execute on strategic objectives. Tony also has extensive experience in Acquisitions, Divestitures, Distribution and Licensing, and Financing Transactions. Tony graduated from the University of Bridgeport and was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.

Ben Hambleton – GM UK Machining

Ben has over 20 years experience in the aerospace and power generation industries, encompassing roles in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, Planning and Operations. Ben has a comprehensive knowledge of the Bromford sites from both single and multi-site roles, coupled with strong long term relationships with employees, suppliers and customers. Previous roles have involved operational improvements activities including supply chain rationalisation, plant layout changes and site consolidations. Ben graduated from De Montfort University and was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, followed by an MBA several years later.

Ed Ashworth – GM UK Fabrications

Ed has worked within the aerospace industry for over 30 years and has developed a breadth experience from roles in Engineering (Precision Fabrication & Machining), Projects / Facilities, EHS, Operations and Management during his employment with Accrofab and the UK Fabrications division of Bromford Industries.

Joe Sartori – GM US Machining

Joe has more than twenty years progressive experience in the aerospace industry, including engineering and processing as well as working in various management positions. Joe worked at Hamilton Standard, Volvo and most recently Beacon Industries as the Director of Operations. Joe graduated from Central Connecticut State College in New Britain, CT and was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering. Joe, his wife and 3 kids reside in Simsbury, CT.

Gemma Lunn – VP HR

Gemma has worked at Bromford for 12 years and started her career with the Company as a junior HR professional who progressed swiftly within the HR function. Gemma took her first management-level role in 2013 where she was responsible for HR process and compliance across the three UK sites at the time. Subsequently, Gemma led the HR due diligence in all strategic acquisitions within Liberty Hall’s ownership (in the UK & US) and in recent years has been responsible for the development and deployment of the global People Strategy as VP Human Resources. Gemma is CIPD qualified and studied at Birmingham City University where she was awarded her First Class (Hons) Business & Management Degree in 2011 and in 2014 achieved her Masters Degree (Distinction) in HRM.

Samantha Buckton – VP Procurement & Commercial

Sam has more than 15 years’ experience within Procurement & Commercial of which 11 years has been within aerospace, defence and power generation. Sam joined the Bromford team in 2018, focussing on strategic procurement and supply chain management and more recently in Business Development; developing the Groups corporate strategy to optimise business growth. Prior to Bromford, Sam spent 8 years within Rolls-Royce Plc in various procurement roles covering supply chain design, strategic sourcing, global supplier engagement and cost management, covering an annual spend of c.$500M. In addition, Sam is also an elected Director of the Midlands Aerospace Alliance and member of the Supply Chain Working Group where she promotes and supports cooperation between customers, suppliers and public sector bodies to improve competitiveness of organisations within the midlands aerospace sector.

Neil Baldwin – VP IT & Cyber Security

Neil has over 28 years of experience within the IT industry covering infrastructure design, planning and programming and has extensive experience designing, building and implementing ERP, MRP and EDI’s for organisations such as the UK National Health Service, RED32 and The Law Society. Neil has worked across a multitude of industry sectors covering logistics, finance and most recently aerospace and defence manufacturing for Bromford Industries, where his core focus is the development and execution of an extensive cybersecurity and compliance programme.

Ian Pritchard – VP Strategic Projects

Ian has over three decades of aerospace engineering within both industry OEM & supply chain organisations. He joined Bromford just over 2 years ago, serving as the VP Strategic Projects to elevate the importance of project management and overall project control throughout the business. Ian is an experienced customer focused professional and has extensive operational & strategic development experience from his time spent at Rolls Royce within manufacturing and capability acquisition, with a particular focus on footprint design and development of world class machining centres.
