Landing Gear, Nuclear and Speciality Engineering
Bromford Industries delivers highly complex, cost effective components, assemblies and kits for commercial and military aircraft landing gear applications. Working closely with key OEMs it is able to provide an integrated engineering service throughout product definition and manufacture into final assembly and despatch. Where required this will include a package of components consolidated into a kit and delivered to the OEMs facility or direct to the end users site in support of Development and Flight Test programmes.
Capabilities include dedicated machining cells where specific investment is aligned to customer requirements and supported by in house processing. Through its Make Vs Buy process and its supply chain knowledge Bromford is able to manage the supply chain for customer required kits. Core components include Torque Link Assemblies, Twisted Links and Articulated Links as well as a variety of other structural components and assemblies.
Nuclear and Speciality Engineering
Bromford Industries is fully approved to supply machined components to the UK Nuclear Submarine market. Components are manufactured and controlled through our Bromford Leicester facility where a Class A clean room supports specific customer requirements
